Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns for domestic orders!

Merchandise in original condition with all original tags may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of receipt of goods when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Original order shipping charges are not refundable. 

Romy Collection does not offer price adjustments on sales. 

Promotional offers are only available for items purchased during said sale and are not applicable on any previous purchases.  Any item purchased at over 30% off is not eligible for return or exchange and is considered FINAL SALE.

Completing a Return or Exchange 

Please email info@romycollection.com to request an RA number and return shipping label. Please include:

• your order number

• items you wish to return

• reason for return

We will respond to your request within 2 business days and provide a return shipping label for domestic orders only. Upon receiving the RA and shipping label, returns must be shipped within 10 days to be eligible for return. 

For International orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. romy collection is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. 

We will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. 

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
