Orders & Shipping

 At Romy Collection (RC), we are proud to cater to our customers’ needs. All of the items sold by RC are prepared meticulously and shipped directly from our dedicated showroom at Business Bay in Dubai. An email confirming your order will be sent to you as soon as the order is placed. An email will also be sent to you as soon as your order is processed and shipped.

Delivery:

Our delivery approach is as follows:

  1. Deliveries to the United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2-4 business days. A flat fee of AED 50 applies.
  2. Deliveries to other GCC countries: 4-6 business days (subject to local customs clearance procedures). Regional courier fees apply. Cash on delivery not available. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-creditable.
  3. Deliveries to countries outside the GCC: 7-9 business days (subject to local customs clearance procedures) International courier fees apply. Cash on delivery not available. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-creditable.

All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is RC’s policy not to deal or provide any products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Exchanges:

With the exception of sale items, you may exchange item(s) you have ordered within no later than ten (10) days following the receipt of the order.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.   

Sale items may not be exchanged or refunded.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Exchanges may only be sent to the delivery location of the primary order. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on such location.

If you are returning an item for exchange that was purchased for AED 1,000 or more, it is recommended that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. RC cannot guarantee that your returned item(s) will be received.

Refunds:

Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
